Inmate at Monroe prison cited
An inmate at the county prison in Monroe County has been cited.
State police at Lehighton said Kevin James Herrick, 35, was cited for making continued contact with a 47-year-old female via mail and third party phone calls after he was directed to have no further contact with the woman.
He was cited on Wednesday, April 14, troopers said.
