Flag poles installed in Tamaqua

Three flag poles were recently installed next to the Tamaqua Area School District Administration Building on West Broad Street. The three flags being flown are the American flag, state flag, and a school district flag. Each flag has its own dedicated spotlight. The Tamaqua American Legion will provide a flag raising ceremony during the Tamaqua Memorial Day Parade and flag ceremony.
