Man facing charge of vandalism
A Lehigh County man is facing a charge of agricultural vandalism for an incident that was reported on April 12 about 8:30 a.m.
State police at Fogelsville said Anthony Kubiak, of Orefield, hired a lanscaping company to remove about 250-feet of brush and numerous trees to the rear of 3954 Windy Road, in Lowhill Township. Troopers said he mislead the firm into believing that the brush and trees were on his proeprty when it was actually on the property of Patricia and James Pavelco, of New Tripoli.
Troopers further allege that Kubiak knew the brush and trees were not on his property. Troopers said the property lines are clearly marked and placement of such is not disputed by Kubiak or the Pavelco's. The property in question is part of a farm at 4045 Pine Tree Rd., troopers added.
