Nesquehoning crash probed

A two-vehicle crash was probed in Nesquehoning recently.

On April 8 about 10:40 a.m. Chief Sean Smith was dispatched to the intersection of SR209 and Almond St. for a two-vehicle crash. Through an investigation Smith learned that a vehicle operated by Dana Dyer, 220 North St., Jim Thorpe, was northbound on 209 toward Almond when Helen Mongi, of 229 1/2 W. Bertsch St., Lansford, pulled out from Almond striking Dyer's vehicle. There were no injuries and damages were light to both vehicles.
