Guilty Plea
Francis A. Vannicolo, 55, Minersville, pleaded guilty to a number of criminal charges and was sentenced by Judge Charles M. Miller.
On a charge of criminal conspiracy he was given credit for serving 13 days in the county prison and was released on probation for 23 months, pay a $50 monthly supervision fee, pay $50 to Criminal Justice Enhancement Account, make restitution of $113 to Bethlehem Regional Lab. On a charge of driving under the influence (DUI) of alcohol he was sentenced to serve 72 hours to six months in the county prison, pay a fine of $1,000, pay $100 to Substance Abuse Education fund, $50 to CJEA, enroll and complete the alcohol highway safety school and undergo a drug and alcohol evaluation. On a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia was given a concurrent 12 months probation sentence. He was cited by Minersville police.
