Woman cited
A woman was cited for her conduct at the Lehighton state police barracks along SR209 in Towamensing Township, Carbon County, that occurred about 6:09 p.m. on Friday, April 16.
Troopers said Caroline A. Harsch, 47, of Box 3548, Saylorsburg R.3, was at the barracks and became disorderly over the apprehension of her 19-year-old son. She caused a disturbance in the barracks, ultimately exited the parking lot at a high rate of speed with an unrestrained child in the vehicle.
She will be cited for several summary violations, troopers said.
