On this date

Attorney Richard W. Webb today became the 31st member of the Carbon County Bar Association, having been admitted by Judge Albert H. Heimbach on petition of the young barrister's father, Attorney Sidney R. Webb, Palmerton. Present for the court room ceremony were his wife, the former Jane Comba of Leechburg, Pa., and various other relatives. The young man, a graduate of Palmerton High School in 1962, plans to become associated with his father in the practice of law in Palmerton.
