Area student to have artwork displayed
Northampton Community College will hold its annual exhibition by fine arts students from Monday, May 3 through Sunday, May 16 in the Gallery on the Main Campus. An artist talk to be held on Thursday, May 6 at 3:30 p.m. in College Center 146 will feature participating students showing slides of their artwork and speaking about their experiences during the semester. An opening reception will follow in the Gallery from 5 to 6 p.m.
The exhibit will include paintings, drawings, sculpture, and mixed/experimental media.
The Gallery is located in Communications Hall on the NCC campus in Bethlehem Township. Gallery hours are Monday through Thursday, 8 a.m. to 10 p.m., and Friday and Saturday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
An area student who will have art on display is Cailin Crisler of Walnutport.
