Two are charged for DUI, drugs

State police at the Lehighton barracks said two persons were arrested after an incident at 9:18 p.m. April 18 in Ross Township.

Police said Ryan Donahue, 20, of Saylorsburg, was arrested for driving under the influence of drugs while Kevin Demouth, 19, also of Saylorsburg, was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia.

The incident happened at State Rt. 115 and Kunkletown Road in the township.
