Lehighton woman facing charges
Coaldale police have charged a Lehighton woman with identity theft.
Susan Binder, 48, of 121 South St., allegedly used her neice's information to have cable connected to her home and to activate a cell phone beginning in October, 2006. The niece found the activity when she had a credit report done.
