Break-in at animal shelter is probed

State police at Schuylkill Haven are investigating a burglary at the Ruth Steinert Memorial SPCA animal shelter building located at 18 Wentz Drive, in Pine Grove Township.

Sometime between April 11 and Sunday, April 25, unknown persons entered the facility and removed blood kits for animals and damaged the property.
