Delano women faces DUI charges

Rush Township police report that Allison A. Freil, 35, of Delano, is facing driving under the influence (DUI) and other traffic charges after being stopped on Mahanoy Ave. on April 24 at 12:20 a.m.

Freil was taken to Schuylkill Medical Center for a BAC (blood alcohol count) test.

Ashley L. Roberts, 25, of Weissport, is facing retail theft charges after allegedly stealing $2 worth of merchandise from Walmart in Hometown on April 23 at 3:25 p.m., police said.
