Schuylkill incident
State police at Frackville reported the arrest of a Schuylkill County woman for harassment following an incident that occurred about 7:45 p.m. on April 7 along S. Bower St., in Shenandoah.
Troopers said at the time and location stated Liz M. Pagan, 36, made physical contact with Desirea a. Whitecavage, 31, both of Shenandoah, by slapping her in the face during a argument.
