Woman cited for dog law violation
A Tamaqua woman has been cited under the borough and state dog laws.
Christine Ritter, 23, of 12 W. Broad St., has been cited by borough police for allowing her dog to run free, a violation of a borough ordinance, as well as failure to properly license her dog.
