Carbon man facing harassment count

A Carbon County resident is facing a charge of harassment.

State police at Lehighton said Randy Klingle, 41, of Palmerton, and a 33-year-old female from Palmerton engaged in a verbal argument that turned physical. The incident occurred on Wednesday, April 28, about 7:25 a.m. at 3030 Hemlock St., in Lower Towamensing Township, troopers said.

Troopers also reported a 14-year-old male will be charged with simple assault on another 14-year-old male. The incident occurred on Tuesday, April 27, about noon at the Educare Center in Weissport.
