Palmerton police report on incidents

Palmerton police reported on the following incidents.

Disorderly conduct

Keith Lawrence, 24, of 80 Hillside Avenue, Apt. 1, Palmerton, was cited for disorderly conduct. The violation occurred on June 28 at 2:26 p.m. in the 300 block of Delaware Avenue.

Citations were filed against Kyle Scherer, 23, of 220 Peter Avenue, Palmerton, for disorderly conduct and alcoholic beverages-prohibitions. The violations occurred on July 29 at 1:40 p.m. in the 300 block of Delaware Avenue.

Criminal mischief

Juvenile referrals were filed against a 14-year-old and a 13-year-old male from Palmerton for criminal mischief. The incident occurred on June 17 in the 400 block of Lafayette Avenue.

Speeding

Paul Kittek, 47, of 50 Hillside Place, Kunkletown, was cited for speeding. The violation occurred on July 28 at 5:11 a.m. on SR248 west.

A citation was issued to a 17-year-old Coplay male for speeding. The violation occurred on July 17 at 1:11 a.m. on SR248 west.

Tanya Peters, 25, of 8207 Morgan Street, Slatedale, was cited for speeding. The violation occurred on July 16 at 6:56 a.m. on SR248 east.

A citation was issued to Collin Ridway, 25, of 4681 York Drive, Orefield, for speeding. The violation occurred on July 20 at 4:04 p.m. on SR248 east.

Nicole Gruber, 19, of 3935 E Grant Street, Slatedale, was cited for speeding. The violation occurred on July 24 at 12:30 a.m. in the 100 block of Delaware Avenue.

A citation was issued to Stephen Dello, 33, of 109 Lexington Circle, Old Bridge, NJ for speeding. The violation occurred on July 26 at 9:54 a.m. on SR248 east.

Michael Sculley, 54, of 1018 W Union Blvd., Bethlehem, was cited for speeding. The violation occurred on July 24 at 5:40 p.m. on SR248 east.

Traffic violation

Kayla Snyder, 20, of 220 Peter Avenue, Palmerton, was cited for careless driving. The violation occurred on July 23 at 5:20 p.m. at Sixth Street and Delaware Avenue.

A citation was issued to Moises Lebron, 31, of 222 S 13th St., Allentown, for obedience to traffic control devices. The violation occurred on July 16 at 9:32 p.m. at Mauch Chunk Road and Franklin Avenue.

Vehicle violation

Louis Depa Jr., 56, of Lot 27, Hemlock Road, Kunkletown, was cited for expired registration. The violation occurred on July 20 at 5:41 p.m. in the 600 block of Delaware Avenue.

Citations were filed against Frank Bramich III, 40, of 802 E Reliance Road, Telford, for expired registration, expired inspection, and expired emission. The violations occurred on July 21 at 6:04 p.m. in the 400 block of Delaware Avenue.

David Gessner, 47, of 153 Fourth Street, Slatington, was cited for expired registration. The violation occurred on July 26 at 6:10 p.m. in the 200 block of Delaware Avenue.

Curfew

A citation was filed against a 17-year-old Palmerton female for curfew. The violation occurred on July 14 at 12:41 a.m. in the 100 block of Delaware Avenue.
