Charged with simple assault
A Coaldale juvenile was charged after he assaulted a female at Panther Valley High School.
According to Summit Hill police officers received a report of an assault at the school on May 20. An investigation revealed that a 17-year-old juvenile male assaulted a female in the hallway.
Charges were filed against the male juvenile with juvenile probation for simple assault, harassment, and disorderly conduct.
