Slatington resident facing charges
A Slatington resident is facing charges.
Borough police said on Friday, Aug. 6, about 4:40 a.m. officers responded to a report of a man sleeping on a bench at the Rails to Trails area. The man was identified as Barry Rausch, 39, of 433 S. Walnut St.
Police said Rausch was cited for public drunkenness and violation of the borough's open container ordinance.
