2 men charged with harassment

Two Monroe County men have been charged with harassment for their actions at a Jackson Township campground.

Chester Robert Malinski, 20, of Saylorsburg, and Brice House, 25, of Effort, allegedly got into an altercation at the camp, at 507 Akiba Road, at about 12:30 a.m. July 30, in which one of the individuals was sprayed with pepper spray, according to a report from state police at Fern Ridge.
