Retail theft arrest in Schuylkill
State police at Schuylkill Haven reported on a retail theft arrest at a Schuylkill County store.
Troopers said Ashley Russell, 21, of Frackville, was arrested about 4 p.m. on Sunday, Aug. 8, at Boscov's Department Store in the Fairlane Village Mall in Norwegian Township.
