Slatington arrest details clarified
An arrest report that appeared in the Thursday, Aug. 5, police log by Slatington police has been clarified by police.
On Aug. 3 about 6:29 p.m. officers were at 433 W. Church St., on a warrant service. While there Alexander Hadesty, 24, of 421 E. Washington St., Slatington, appeared. He fled when he saw police and following a short foot pursuit was taken into custody. He was charged with possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance and possession, police said.
The original release given to the TIMES NEWS by police indicated that Hadesty was the subject of the warrant search. Police said he was not the subject of the warrant search but another person was being sought.
