Duct tape incident leads to citation
A duct tape incident has led to a citation being filed against a Palmerton area man.
State police at Lehighton said Richard Freed, 60, was charged with disorderly conduct after troopers said he placed a piece of duct tape over a security camera on the trailer of Verdie Phillips, 54, of Lot 32, Weiners Mobile Home Park, in Lower Towamensing Township. The incident occurred about 12:30 p.m. on Thursday, Aug. 11, troopers said.
