Police are probing illegal dumping

State police at the Fogelsville barracks are investigating an illegal dumping incident in Lynn Township.

The incident happened between 5-5:30 p.m. July 26 at 5117 Stump Road in the township and was reported today. The victim is Millyan K. Mio Bittner of the 4500 block of Rhoads Road, Kempton.

Police said the incident took place when someone dumped plywood and a toilet in the above area.
