Rush Police make arrests at Wal-Mart
The Rush Township Police department has reported several arrests made at Wal-Mart in Hometown.
Brad Comisac, 32, of New Ringgold is facing charges after slashing 4 tires on a 1983 Chevy pick-up truck in the Wal-Mart parking lot.
Patrick J Bresnak Jr, 19, of Lansford is facing two retail theft charges after incidents at Wal-Mart. Total value from the two days is $28.87
Theresa Ann Cieniawa, 23, and Azim Hosein, 39, both of Freeland, are facing criminal conspiracy, retail theft and receiving stolen property after stealing $174.08 from Wal-Mart on Aug. 7 at 5:50 p.m.
Jason L. Bond, 18, of White Haven is facing retail theft charges after stealing $15.58 worth of merchandise from Wal-Mart on Aug. 7 at 11:10 p.m.
