Two cited after Monroe incident

Two persons were cited following an incident in Monroe County. State police at Fern Ridge said the incident occurred at 11 and 13 Churchview Drive, in Jackson Township, Stroudsburg.

According to troopers Anthony Dobson, of 13 Churchview Drive, was cited for one count of harassment for allegedly making threatening comments to Evelynn Unmann, of 11 Churchview Drive. Unmann was cited for harassment for allegedly repeatedly entering into an area in the vicinity of Mary Dobson's property and making harassing statements to her.
