Neighbors dispute leads to charges

A neighbors' dispute has led to citations being issued.

State police at Fogelsville said a dispute between Jeremy Charles Neman, 29, of Slatington, Thomas O. Miller, 55, Walter Roy Snider, 60, and a 15-year-old juvenile, all of New Tripoli, occurred in the area of 8802 Edelweiss Rd., in Weisenberg Township, Lehigh County, about 9:45 p.m. on Thursday, Aug. 19.

Troopers were called to the scene and advised the parties to have no further involvement with each other. After troopers left Newman and Miller allegedly began to make unreasonable noise and shout obscentities at Snider and the juvenile in an attempt to annoy them, troopers said.

Newman and Miller will be cited for disorderly conduct, troopers added.
