Criminal mischief in Schuylkill

Sometime between 10:30 p.m. and 12:20 a.m. on Aug. 20, an unknown criminal slashed two tires on a vehicle owned by Memorial SPCA, and three tires on a vehicle owned by Jean and Anthony Thomas of 19 Wertz Lane of Pine Grove Township.

They also poured sugar into the gas tank of both vehicles. The incident took place at 18 Wertz Lane, Pine Grove Township. Anyone with information regarding this incident is asked to call the state police at Schuylkill Haven at (570) 593-2000.
