New York man wanted in Monroe

The Pocono Mountain Regional police responded to 129 Beech Lane, Long Pond, for a report of a domestic incident on Aug. 15 at 11:18 p.m.

The complainant, Lisa Brisco, stated that her ex-husband, Daniel Brisco, 53 of Franklin Square, N.Y., damaged her vehicle with a sledgehammer and then fled the area. Officers responded and observed damage to the vehicle.

Lisa Brisco advised that there was an active protection from abuse order against Daniel Brisco. Officers verified the order and filed a criminal complaint for indirect criminal contempt. An arrest warrant was issued for his arrest.
