Cited for disorderly conduct

Tamaqua police were on patrol when an officer observed a male urinating on the east side of a building in the Jamesway Shopping Center. The male was identified as Filip Wilkos, 29, of 225 E. Bertsch St., Lansford.

Wilkos received a citation by mail for disorderly conduct.
