Walker Twp. driver cited in Tamaqua
A Walker Township man has been cited by Tamaqua police after he was involved in a fender bender accident in the borough on Aug. 16.
Michael Todd Brode, of 24 Lower Rd., Tamaqua R.D., was involved in an accident on SR309, near Vine Street, at 5:20 p.m. He exchanged information with the other motorist involved. It was later determined that Brode did not have valid insurance on his Jeep at the time of the accident.
He was cited for failure to have the required financial responsibility.
