Facing charges in Lehighton

Samantha Griffith, 20, of Penny Lane, Lehighton, has been charged by Lehighton borough police with simple assault, persistent disorderly conduct, disorderly conduct, underage possession and/or consumption of alcohol, harassment, and criminal mischief.

The charges were filed after police responded to a domestic dispute at 431 Coal Street on Sunday at 2 a.m.

Griffith was arriagned before District Judge Casimir Kosciolek in Lansford, where bail was set at $2,500 cash.
