Dog law violation

A Monroe County man has been cited under the state's dog laws.

State police at Fern Ridge said Sergio Miguel Kopenski Jr., of Chestnuthill Township, was cited for confinement of dogs after he allegedly failed to keep his dog confined to his property by means of collar and chain so that it can not stray beyond his property.

The incident occurred along SR715 in Chestnuthill Township on Tuesday, Aug. 24, troopers said.
