Schuylkill driver facing DUI count

A Schuylkill County driver is facing a charge of driving under the influence (DUI) following an incident that occurred about 2:04 a.m. on Sunday, Dec. 5, along SR61, south of Sculps Hill Rd., in West Brunswick Township.

State police at Schuylkill Haven said Leo S. Martin, 29, of Orwigsburg, was stopped for speeding and found to be under the influence of alcohol.

The DUI charge is pending, troopers said.
