Teen cited for theft at middle school

A Summit Hill teen was cited after she stole an item at Panther Valley Middle School.

According to Summit Hill police, the incident occurred on Oct. 25. Police received a report that there was an item stolen at the middle school. An investigation revealed that a 12-year-old female had taken the item. Charges were filed with the county juvenile probation office for theft by unlawful taking.
