Teen cited for underage drinking

A Schuylkill County teen was cited for underage drinking.

State police at Frackville said troopers stopped a vehicle about 10:34 p.m. on Friday, Dec. 3, along SR924 at Catawissa St., in Frackville, for a traffic violation. Duing the stop troopers said Jessica Davis, 18, of Girardville, a passenger, was found to be intoxicated and placed under arrest. She was later released to the custody of her parent. The operator of the vehicle was a 16-year-old female from Ashland.
