Carbon arrest
State police at Lehighton reported that Matthew A. Steinmetz, 30, no address given, was charged with harassment after he allegedly grabbed the face of Matt Jesse Berrymen, 38, no address given.
The incident occurred about 6:05 p.m. on Dec. 5 at 425 Hahns Dairy Road in Lower Towamensing Township, Carbon County.
