'The Christmas Carol's Muppet Invasion'

An invasion is about to take place in Lehighton and Tamaqua!

Musique Productions-Entertainers, under the direction of Jonathan M. Rodgers, will present "The Christmas Carol's Muppet Invasion." The show will be accompanied and narrated by Robert Fatzinger as Mr. Dickens.

The show will be performed at 7 p.m. on Wednesday, Dec. 15 at the Lehighton Borough Annex, 110 North Third St., and again at 7 p.m. on Friday, Dec. 17 at Zion Evangelical Lutheran Church, 109 North Greenwood St., Tamaqua. Doors open at 6:30 p.m. for both shows. Seating is limited at the Tamaqua show, so those planning to attend are encouraged to call (610) 577-6092, or e-mail ourmusique@yahoo.com for tickets.

All tickets are general admission from ages 5 through adult, and each ticket includes holiday goodies and beverages, as well as the show.

"The Christmas Carol's Muppet Invasion" runs just over an hour and will feature muppet facsimiles. They are of course not the real muppets, but local look- alikes.

Proceeds from both shows will be donated to local charities.
