Burns has strong year for Muhlenberg XC team

Freshman Ramzy Burns helped the Muhlenberg College women's cross country team to a big improvement at the NCAA Mideast Regional meet.

Burns, a Northwestern High School graduate, was the third Mule to cross the finish line as Muhlenberg finished sixth at the Centennial Conference Championships. Two weeks later she helped Muhlenberg improve 13 spots from last season to finish 12th in the region.

Her best finish came at the Leopard Invitational where she came in 39th place in a time of 24:03.8.
