Loan default

Fall suit

The suit states on Aug. 15, 2009, the plaintiff was riding a hotel shuttle owned by the defendant. When getting off the shuttle she was caused to fall allegedly because the defendant failed to have additional steps to exit the vehicle.
Negligence is alleged and sought are damages not in excess of $50,000 for injuries sustained and detailed in the suit.
