Muhlenberg's Petri on Academic Honor Roll

Senior Lauren Petri of the Muhlenberg College women's soccer team was named to the Centennial Conference Academic Honor Roll for excellence in the classroom and on the field.

A Northwestern High School graduate, Petri had a double major in business administration and media and communications. She was also named to the conference's sportsmanship team. She played in all 17 games and made 16 starts at back for the Mules, finishing fourth on the team with five points, including a goal and two assists against Bryn Mawr.

Petri finished her career with six goals, eight assists and 20 points in 51 games played.

After a slow start, Muhlenberg finished with a 7-8-2 record overall and a 6-4 league mark.

To be named to the Academic Honor Roll, a student must be a sophomore or higher in class standing; a starter or key reserve on her team; and carry at least a 3.40 cumulative grade-point average.
