Returning from deployment

Army Reserve Sgt. Joshua T. Browning is returning to the U.S. after a deployment to Iraq or Afghanistan in support of Operations Iraqi Freedom or Enduring Freedom, respectively.

The soldiers return to Joint Base Dix-McGuire-Lakehurst, N.J., for debriefing, evaluations and out-processing procedures before returning to their regularly assigned Army Reserve or National Guard units.

Browning, a human resource specialist, is a member of the 336th Military Police Battalion, based in Pittsburgh. He has served in the military for two years.

He is the son of Annette Becker of Second Street, Coaldale.

Browning graduated in 2001 from Panther Valley High School, and received an associates degree in 2006 from the Pennsylvania Culinary Institute, Pittsburgh.
