Ashland man charged with DUI
Mark J. Conner, 42, of Ashland, is facing charges of driving under the influence of alcohol as a result of a traffic stop at 2:14 a.m. Dec. 18 at the intersection of routes 61 and 4007 in Ashland Borough.
State police at the Frackville barracks said he was observed to be under the influence of alcohol and was transported to the state police barracks for a breath test, which showed his BAC to be above the legal limit.
