Teens charged for incidents at PV

Two area juveniles were charged after Panther Valley School District reported incidents to Summit Hill police.

On Nov. 11, officers received a report from the high school about a female being touched inappropriately. It was discovered that a 15-year-old Nesquehoning male had touched the girl.

A juvenile petition was filed on the teen for indecent assault and harassment.

On Nov. 22, officers received a complaint from the middle school about female students being videotaped in a locker room. An investigation revealed that a 12-year-old Summit Hill female was the person who videotaped the others.

She was charged with harassment.
