Port Carbon man violates PFA
State police at the Frackville man reported a Port Carbon man is alleged to have violated a Protection From Abuse order that had been issued in Schuylkill County Court against him.
Police said they were called to the incident at 3:40 a.m. Dec. 21 on Valley Street in New Philadelphia.
Police sdaid it is alleged Douglas Downey, 40, contacted the victim, Suzette Frantz, 43, of New Philadelphia, by telephone, which ius in violation of the PFA order issued against him in the Court of Common Pleas.
