Lehighton man will get citation

Darryl Hoffman, 45, of Lehighton, will be cited by state police for criminal mischief as a result of an incident reported to them at 11:30 a.m. Dec. 19 in the parking area of the Country Junction in Towamensing Township.

Police said it is alleged he intentionally damaged a vehicle owned by Beth Hartman, 39, of Jim Thorpe.
