Basement window smashed by vandals
A criminal mischief incident that happened between midnight and 2:30 p.m. Dec. 20 in Upper Milford Township, Lehighton, is being investigate by state police at the Fogelsville barracks.
The victim is Donna M. Quier, 58, of Emmaus.
She told police someone used an unknown object to smash the basement window of her home at 3285 S. Seventh St. Extension in the township.
