Michelle E. Pastir of Delaware Avenue, Palmerton, has been judged the winner of the 19th annual 1973 Pennsylvania Employ the Handicapped Poster Contest. Michael Slivka, manager of the Jim Thorpe Office of the Bureau of Employment Security, announced Pastir as the winner. She is a junior at the Carbon County Area Vocational Technical School, Jim Thorpe. She chose as her theme, "The Time Is Now, Hire the Handicapped."
