Nineteen area residents among 66 arraigned on criminal counts in Schuylkill County Court

Nineteen area residents were among 66 who were arraigned on criminal charges in the district attorney's office at the Schuylkill County Courthouse on Monday morning. All entered pleas of not guilty and requested trial by jury. They were as follows:

Kelly Marie Dallessio, 33, of 607 E. Broad St., Tamaqua, was charged by Patrolman Anthony Stanell, Tamaqua police, with two counts each of delivery of a controlled substance (CS), possession with intent to deliver a CS, criminal use of communication (cell phone) and possession of a CS when stopped on S. Railroad St. last April 14 and May 28.

Justin M. Neff, 24, of 119 Pine St., Tamaqua, was cited by Sgt. Richard Weaver, Tamaqua police, with possession of a small amount of marijuana when stopped on S. Railroad St. last May 7.

Paul J. Kropp, 53, of 124 Penn St., Tamaqua, was cited by Patrolman Thomas Rodgers, Tamaqua police, with driving under the influence (DUI) when stopped in the 100 block on Penn Street last Sept. 23.

Willliam J. Steele, 54, of 321 E. Union St., Tamaqua, was cited by Patrolman Jonathan McHugh, Tamaqua police, with DUI and following too closely when stopped last Oct. 27 at the intersection of N. Railroad and Mauch Chunk sts.

Thomas K. McCabe Jr., 25, of 326 W. Broad St., Tamaqua, was cited by Patrolman Joseph McHugh, Rush Township police, with possession of a CS and drug paraphernalia when stopped on the Tuscarora Park Road in Barnesville last May 2.

Joshua Napolitano, 30, of 418 Hazle St., Tamaqua, was cited by Patrolman Richard Bekesy, Tamaqua police, with possession of a small amount of marjuana when stopped on Mauch Chunk St. last Oct. 12.

Nicole F. Bailey, 32, of 52 Swamp Rd., Tamaqua, was cited by Officer Danielle Mowery, West Penn Township police, with DUI and failing to have a driver's license when stopped at the intersection of state routes 309 and 443 last Sept. 28.

Nicole D. Ferryman, 42, of 121 Owl Creek Rd., Tamaqua, was cited by Patrolman Anthony Stanell, Tamaqua police, with criminal conspiracy to sell CS with the transaction taking place near Lehigh Valley Community College last April 19, which is in a school zone.

Joan Marie Mertz, 49, of 2 Grier Ave., Barnesville, was cited by Patrolman Robert Minnick, Coaldale police, with DUI, failing to drive on right side of roadway, failing to use multiple beam lighting equipment as required and violating restrictions on alcoholic beverages in vehicle by having an open container of alcohol when stopped last Aug. 23 in the unit block on W. Water St.

James Doyle, 34, Zion Grove, was cited by Patrolman Jeremy Talanca, McAdoo police, with simple assault and harassment of Kristiann Gallagher, 36 Blaine St., last Nov. 19.

Francis Theodore Green, 26, 334 W. Center St., Mahanoy City, was cited by Chief Michael Carey, Saint Clair police, with DUI last Nov. 22.

Carl Rex Jr., 35, of 698 Spruce Drive, New Ringgold, was cited by Officer Danielle Mowery, West Penn Township police, with six counts of harassment by telephone Jamie Loving, of 87 Skyline Drive, last Oct. 31. He was also cited by Chief Brian Johnson, of the township police, last October and charged with criminal mischief to the vehicle of Kimbelry Hill, Spruce Street, New Ringgold, causing $880.28 in damage.

Ramon E. Soberal Perez, 29, of 142 E. Blaine St. McAdoo, was cited by Patrolman George Carado, Shenandoah police, with possession with intent to deliver a CS, possession and resisting arrest when stopped in the 100 block of N. Ferguson St., Shenandoah, last Nov. 23.

John Thomas Kotch, 62, of 44 Wiggan St., New Philadelphia, was charged by Trooper Arthur Wink with DUI when stopped on SR209 in New Philadelphia last Oct. 24.

Michael Vincent Putalavage Sr., 57, of 70 Sunny Drive, MaryD, Schuylkill Townshiip, was cited by Trooper Brent Spleen with two counts each of possession with intent to deliver a CS and possession and one count of possession of drug paraphernalia at his home last July 10.

Melissa Oriel, 36, of 242 W. Ridge St., Coaldale, cited by the state inspector general's office with violation of public welfare code by obtaining $2,960 in food stamps while concealing unemployment compensation payment.

Heather A. Dumphy, of 1406 E. Center St., Mahanoy City, was cited by state inspector general's office with violation of public welfare code by receiving $2,158 in food stamps while concealing unemployment compensatin payment.

Brian Thomas Karlick, 23, of 117 W. Pine St., Mahanoy City, was cited by Patrolman Michael Dissinger, Mahanoy City police, with possession with intent to deliver a CS, possession and possession of drug paraphernalia last Nov. 13 in his home.

Christopher M. Reed, 22, of1027 E. Mahanoy St., Mahanoy City, was cited by Patrolman George Parnell, Mahanoy City police, with possession of a CS last Nov. 17 when stopped on Catawissa St.

Patrick Alan Smith, 21, Saint Clair, was charged by Cpl. Richard Nesbit, state trooper, with three counts of DUI of drugs when stopped on SR1006 in New Castle Township last Sept. 20.

Everett Parrick Metcalf, 35, Girardville, was charged by Trooper Michael Van Buskirk with DUI and failing to use his seat belt when stopped on SR61 in New Castle Townshijp last Nov. 1.

Nathan C. Cooper, 19, Maple Shade, N.J., was cited by Trooper Eric Reber with DUI and failing to activate his turning signals when changing lanes on SR61 in North Manheim Township last Nov. 29.

Remo E. Piccioni, 40, Saint Clair, was cited by Sgt. William Dempsey, Saint Clair oolice, with DUI when stopped in the 100 block on North Front Street last Sept. 11.

Brad Michael Strausser, 20, Pine Grove, was cited by Patrolman Martin Sterner, Saint Clair police, with retail theft of merchandise valued at $342.66 from Walmart Store last Oct. 13.

Melissa Ann Bradley, 44, Pottsville, was cited by Patrolman Joseph Leskin, Saint Clair police, with retail theft of a bottle of perfume from Walmart Store last Nov. 7.

Kristin Grace Brady, 23, Pottsville, was cited by Trooper Kirk Becker with DUI, failing to drive in the right lane and careless driving when stopped on Coal Street, Blythe Township last Nov. 25.

Carl M. Dannenhower, 69, Schuylkill Haven, was cited by Patrolman William Horn, Schuylkill Haven police, with DUI and failing to drive in right lane when stopped on North Berne Street last Oct. 17.

Andrew D. Kreinbrook, 32, Shoemakersville, was cited by Sgt. Robert Phillips, Schuylkill Haven police with possession of a small amount of marijuana and drug paraphernalia found in his apartment at 126 Dock St., last Oct. 2. He also was cited by Patrolman David George, Schuylkill Haven police,with DUI, driving while his license was suspended and careless driving when stopped in the 300 block on Centre Avenue last Sept. 26.

Crystal Gail Keinbrook, 32, Shoemakersville, was cited by Sgt. Phillips with possession of a small amount of marijuana and drug paraphernalia in the apartment she shared with her husband at 126 Oak St.

Nancy Jean Kane, 41, Schuylkill Haven, was cited by Patrolman David George, Schuylkill Haven police, with DUI and failing to activate turning signals when required when stopped on Hickory Street last April 4.

Joseph James Kriner, 32, Schuylkill Haven, was cited by Patrolman Gregory S. Meisner, Schuylkill Haven police, with possession of a small amount of marijuana and drug paraphernalia when stopped on Center Avenue last Nov. 26.

Matthew Joseph Rizzo, 20, Ashland, was cited by Patrolman William Horn, Schuylkill Haven police, of DUI, DUI of drugs, possession of a small amount of marijuana and drug paraphernalia when stopped on Center Ave., last Oct. 30.

Robert D. Steffie, 39, Auburn, was cited by Patrolman Gregory S. Meisner, Schuylkill Haven police, with theft of a vehicle belonging to Molly Jo Snyder, Paxson Ave., receiving stolen property and unauthorized use of an automobile last Nov. 25.

Heckmat Sobhi Ammar, 20, Danville, was cited by Trooper Chad Smith with aggravated and simple assault, recklessly endangering and harassment of Edward Mark Emerick Jr., in Cressona, last Dec. 13 and criminal conspiracy and reckless driving.

Timothy Earl Hostetter, 23, Auburn, was cited by Chief Anthony Kuklinski, Auburn police, with five counts of harassment by telephone Ronald Kriner, of Auburn, last Nov. 21.

Thomas John Roberts, 22, Pottsville, was cited by Patrolman Vincent McDonald, Schuylkill Haven police, with criminal conspiracy, identity theft, access device fraud, theft, receiving stolen property and theft by deception between July 7 and Sept. 24, 2009. The police report states he used the credit card of Melinda Herbert, of Schuylkill Haven.

Richard Day, 51, Allentown, was cited by Officer Melissa Johnson, West Penn Township police, with receiving a stolen license plate, driving while his operating privileges were suspended and failing to activate turning signals when making a left turn on Ridge Cup Road, New Ringgold, last Oct. 31.

Jared Joseph Moran, 21, Minersville, was cited by Patrolman Thomas Hoban, Minersville police, with burglary of Uni-Mart Store last May 21, criminal conspiracy, criminal trespass, theft and receiving stolen property.

Timothy James Willman, 23, PIne Grove, was cited by Patrolman Joseph Welsh, Pottsville police, with fleeing police, recklessly endangering another person, reckless driving and not having proper headlight requirements when stopped on Terry Reiley Way last Dec. 1.

Justin Thomas Reinhart, 20, Ringtown, was cited by Trooper Joseph Aponick with DUI and DUI as a minor when stopped on Cherry St., Saint Clair, last Nov. 21.

Amy Lynn Sartori, 24, Shenandoah, was cited by Patrolman George Carado, Shenandoah police, with possession with intent to deliver a CS and possession at her home last Nov. 20.

David Norman Murphy, 45, Shenandoah, was cited by Det. Dennis Clark, of the district attorney's office, with two counts of harassment by telephone Michael Benjamin, Shenandoah, last Nov. 14.

Robert Allan Hamm Jr., 28, Minersville, was cited by Trooper Thomas Robin with 10 counts of access device fraud and two counts each of theft and receiving stolen property last July 18.

Samuel Alexander Pough, 30, Patterson, N.J., was cited by Patrolman Joseph Leskin, Saint Clair police, with giving false statement at Walmart Store to obtain a firearm last Dec. 13.

Michelle Marie Mills-Yom, 43, Pine Grove, was cited by Trooper Arthur Wink with criminal trespass on property of the Schuylkill Valley Sewer Authority at 52 Water St., New Philadelphia, last Aug. 24. She also was cited by Trooper Arthur Wink with defiant trespass on the same property last Aug. 12.

Tina M. Ryan, 39, Pottsville, was cited by Patrolman Joseph J. Leskin, Saint Clair police, with retail theft of 148 items from Walmart Store valued at $1,107.82 last Sept. 7; criminal conspiracy and receiving stolen property.

John E. Morrow, 21, Philadelphia, was cited by Sgt. Kenneth Cooper, Penn State Schuylkill Campus police, with access device fraud, criminal conspiracy and receiving stolen credit car belonging to Phlllip A. Marsili last Aug. 25.

Casey Woolson, 20, Saint Clair, was cited by Patrolman Ronald Romanchick, New Castle Township police, with two counts of theft from a motor vehicle, and one counts each of receiving stolen property, loitering and prowling at nighttime, possession of a small amount of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia last Sept. 28.

Sean L. McCall, 20, Schuylkill Haven, was cited by Sgt. Kenneth Cooper, Penn State Schuylkill Campus police, with access device fraud, criminal conspiracy and theft last Aug. 25.

Lydia Ann Macaluso, 28, Pottsville, was cited by Trooper Arthur Wink with DUI and failing to obey traffic signal last Sept. 20 on Coal St., Port Carbon.

John Anthony Casella, 19, Schuylkill Haven, was cited by Officer Randy Emerich, Penn State Schuylkill Campus police, with resisting arrest, disordelry conduct, defiant trespass, public drunkenness and underage drinking last Nov. 1.

Erinstine Ann Tice, 21, Port Carbon, was cited by Patrolman Joseph J. Leskin, Saint Clair police, with retail theft from Walmart 148 items, criminal conspiracy and receiving stolen property .

Kristopher A. Bradley, 20, Ardmore, was cited by Sgt. Kenneth Cooper, Penn State Schuylkill Campus Police, with access device fraud, criminal conspiracy and receiving stolen property last Aug. 25.

Jeffrey T. Huben, 18, Mount Carmel, was cited Patrolman Ronald Romanchik, New Castle Township police, with retail theft from Sears Store, Schuylkill Mall, a jacket valued at $54 last Oct. 17.

Walter Kenneth Parfaite, 21, Pottsville, was charged by Patrolman Joseph Murton Jr., Pottsville police, with unlawful restraint and simple assault on Darlene Serafin last Dec. 13.
