Vehicle reported stolen in Monroe

State police at Lehighton are investigating the theft of a vehicle in Monroe County.

Jeffrey Borger, 57, of Borger's Farms, Kunkletown, Eldred Township, reported a 2002 Honda Foreman four by four, VCO yellow with a yellow plow was taken from his property sometime between 3 and 4 p.m. on Jan. 27.

Troopers said the vehicle was later spotted being driven along Fiddletown, Borger and Princess Valley roads.

Troopers said it is believed the criminal who took the vehicle might try and sell it in the surrounding area. The vehicle identification number (VIN) is 478TE224124304579.
