CBS News to air Koch's Turkey Farm segment

The CBS Evening News has scheduled a segment featuring Koch's Turkey Farm, Lewistown Valley, for this week, according to Barbara Koch, sales manager for the Walker Township turkey farm.

The segment is part of a two-part story titled "Antibiotics and Our Food" and included a visit to the turkey farm by CBS anchor Katie Couric, during which farm vice president Duane Koch was interviewed. Koch's turkeys are raised free of anti-biotics.

The segment was supposed to have aired last month but was postponed due to coverage of the earthquake in Haiti.

Barbara Koch said the two-parter is scheduled to start this evening, with the segment on Koch's Farm to air Thursday.
